Supreme Gypsum Pvt.Ltd. has launched its new product SUPERBIND in Indian market keeping in mind ever changing new Technologies in construction fields. Super Bind is a special product introduced to avoid the risk of debonding of Plasters from the newly introduced technique of precasted & Smooth concrete surfaces, which is commonly used today in construction world.
Super Bind is a Cement based binder which gives tremendous binding strength to the Gypsum & keeps away the worry of material leaving the surface keeping ugly marks & tensions to the customers.

Super Bind should be mixed in a clean pot with Tap water free from any contamination, quantity to be assessed as per requirement & work force available to carry out the work smooth & fast. Super Bind to be added to the water & not the water to Super Bind as it may result in strength loss. Let the mixture remain as it is for a period of 20 to 30 minutes. Once the material is kept for the said period it will form a gel like substance, mix it properly once again & now it is ready for use on the surfaces like Smooth concrete or any other smooth surface.
Super Bind is to be applied with the help of a trowel used by PoP workers or by hand. If the application is done by hand, it is strongly recommended that the workers should use hand gloves to avoid effects of heat release by cement.
Once the material is applied on to the concrete, the surface has to be roughened with the help of plastering tool used by PoP workers & allowed to dry for minimum 48 hrs. to achieve maximum strength.

As a plaster bonding agent it reduces hacking & keying, also it will provide an adhesive or mechanical key to receive plaster or render coats of Gypsum, light weight Gypsum or anhydrous plasters, plastering on tiles etc.
Company stands warranty against debonding of Super Bond from the surfaces if it is used strictly in accordance to the specifications.
